Bodywork is a meaningful practice for both parties, an opportunity for one to explore the intersections of the whole body.
Whether you’re recently injured, have a chronic condition or injury, or want to continue your self-care routine – Sarah strives to hold space for clients so that they can discover their own healing abilities through bringing awareness to their body and creating an experience unique to their needs. She focuses on a client centered massage that includes structure specific work while providing a relaxing, whole-body experience. Her passion is to bring massage to everyone and every body so they can experience safe and supportive touch.
Growing up in California as a competitive athlete in various sports, she quickly learned the importance of caring for the body. As a graduate of Discoverypoint School of Massage, Sarah has superb training in the anatomy and physiology of the human body. She provides services that integrate Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Treatment, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Hydrotherapy, and Lymphatic Facilitation.
In her free time Sarah enjoys playing in the ocean, hiking through the North Cascades, running around with her dog, finding the next best restaurant, and the newest addition to her sports endeavors – curling.
